Refunds & Cancellations

  • If your points/payment is debited  for failed goingdigitally, please be sure that your points/payment will be refunded within 24 hours.

With regard to food and perishable items, you may cancel an order without charge at any time before the seller accepts the order. You cannot cancel the order post acceptance of order by the seller except if a) the order could not be delivered within the estimated time while placing the order; or b) if the seller doesn't accept or cancel the order due to reason not attributable to buyer, including but not limited to the store being closed, non-availability of items, store/restaurant being unable to service online Orders at that movement etc. In all other cases, You may cancel the order without charge at any time before the status of the order changes to "In-Progress" on Pin code. Pin code reserves the right to look into the cancellation request of the buyer and determine if such cancellation request fall under the conditions mentioned above. If Pin code is satisfied that the request fulfils any of the aforesaid conditions, then Pin code shall process the cancellation request and refund any amount paid by the buyer. The seller may cancel an order (in full or partially) for the reason including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case the seller cancels any order, You will not be charged for such cancellations, and the seller will refund You for any Payment already made.
